The A. Phimister Proctor Museum offers yearly membership opportunities to anyone interested in Proctor or the Western art world and it's history. Members have the unique opportunity to be part of a growing interest in Proctor's life and works, while providing vital support for the Museum's programs and future exhibitions. In addition, the Museum Store offers a 10% discount to members.

The membership levels detailed below relate to critical events during Proctor's life. All members are encouraged to tour the Museum and visit with Proctor's family to gain personal insight into his life and love of art and the wilderness.

HALF DOME

$100 ($90 tax deductible)

Receive the booklet "An Ascent Of Half Dome in 1884." The first 50 donors will receive a signed edition by Nona Proctor Church, Proctor's daughter. Proctor made his decision to pursue a career in Art while climbing Mt. Half Dome, located in Yosemite Park.

ART STUDENT LEAGUE

Receive a Museum Edition etching from one of Proctorıs original dry point plates. Proctor acquired formal training while attending the Art Student League in New York City.

COLUMBIAN EXPOSITION

$500 ($450 tax deductible)

Receive a small bronze reproduction of a Buffalo created by Proctor. The Colombian Exposition in 1893 was where Proctor first received extensive recognition for his artwork.

MARRIAGE TO MODY

Receive the booklet "An Ascent Of Half Dome in 1884," a Museum Edition etching from one of Proctor's original dry point plates, and a small bronze reproduction of a Buffalo created by Proctor. Mody gave up her career as an accomplished artist to raise the Proctor children and tend to the family needs, allowing Proctor to pursue his hunting and artistic works.

RINEHART SCHOLARSHIP

$2,500 ($2,300 tax deductible)

Receive a posthumous bronze bas-relief created from the original plaster of Proctor's Buffalo Hunt. Proctor was one of two sculptors to first receive the Rinehart Scholarship providing extensive training in Paris.

GOLD MEDAL WINNER
Director's Council

$5,000 ($4,600 tax deductible)

Receive a private tour for a group of 10 people, hosted by the Museum. Phimister Proctor Church, Proctor's grandson and Museum Director will lead the tour. Also receive a posthumous bronze bas-relief created from the original plaster of Proctor's Buffalo Hunt (picture under Benefactor). Proctor received a gold medal for his Indian Warrior at the Paris Exhibition of 1900.
